💳 Deposit & Cancellation Policy
At Casa Bambú, different conditions apply depending on the type of booking: a single studio reservation or renting the entire resort (all studios together).
🌿 Rental of a Single Studio
To confirm your booking, we require a 30% deposit of the total rental amount at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Up to 14 days before arrival: the deposit will be fully refunded. Within 14 days before arrival: the full rental amount is due and no refund will be given.
🏝️ Exclusive Rental of Casa Bambú (all studios)
When booking the entire resort, we require a 40% deposit of the total amount, payable within a few days after booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 6 weeks (42 days) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Up to 60 days before arrival: free cancellation, the total amount will be refunded. Between 60 and 42 days before arrival: the 40% deposit is non-refundable. Within 42 days before arrival: the full amount is due.

We recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance so that you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances.
